From time to time, we also embark on our own creations. This results in limited editions of our own spirits and liqueurs, reflecting the character of the bar and our passion for craftsmanship. Guests can taste these products directly at our bar or at our sister venue, Špejle.
Bugsy’s DNA gin

After seven successful editions (and one anniversary edition) with Martin Žufánek, we decided to make a change. This time, our beloved Bugsy’s DNA Gin was produced in collaboration with Landcraft Distillery in Tursek.
In the thirtieth year of Bugsy’s Bar, all ten members of the team contributed directly, each selecting one of ten herbs and spices that form the aromatic and flavor foundation of the DNA Gin. Each contribution conveys a message to all who, in the years to come, embrace the timeless idea: Cocktails are eternal!
This limited edition consists of only 666 numbered half-liter bottles.
FORBIDDEN APPLE
We had long dreamed of our own calvados, but we never had the patience to wait. So, taking advantage of our current collaboration with Landcraft Distillery, we selected the best aged apple brandy from their many barrels — a five-year-old — and, having seen it in Normandy with our own eyes, we added some pears to enhance the aroma even further.
This limited edition consists of only 360 numbered half-liter bottles.
DIVINE EGGNOG
In collaboration with Landcraft Distillery, we craft our exquisite Divine Eggnog using farm-fresh eggs, high-quality Madagascan vanilla, condensed milk, a harmonious blend of Caribbean rums, a touch of local spirit for aroma, and chocolate bitters. Blessed by Father Zbigniew Czendlik.
